The Guardian Protocol
Protecting the next generation of artisans is our most sacred covenant. We have zero tolerance for anything less than absolute safety.
1. Mandatory Guardian Consent
For apprentices under 18, autonomy has limits. We require explicit, verifiable consent from a legal guardian before any interaction begins.
No minor walks the path alone. Every workshop booking, every message, and every transaction is transparent to the guardian.
2. The Vetting of Masters
Not everyone is fit to teach the youth. Mentors working with minors must undergo enhanced verification.
- Background Checks: We reserve the right to request criminal record checks for any Mentor offering youth workshops.
- The "Two-Deep" Rule: We strongly encourage workshops to have more than one adult present, or to be open to guardian observation at all times.
3. Zero Tolerance
Any report of inappropriate behavior, exploitation, or abuse results in immediate, permanent expulsion and referral to law enforcement. There is no appeal. There is no debate.
