The Master-Apprentice Pact

Education is not a commodity to be bought; it is a flame to be passed. This pact defines the sacred bond of learning.

1. Active Participation

Passive learning dies here. As an apprentice, you agree that you are not buying a "service." You are entering a workshop.

You are expected to get your hands dirty, to fail, to ask questions, and to challenge the process. The Master owes you guidance, not answers. The struggle is where the skill is born.

2. Non-Credentialism

Lonca does not worship paper certificates. We value the artifact, the output, the tangible proof of skill.

Your "grade" is the pot you throw, the code you write, the wood you carve. The validation comes from the community and the utility of your creation, not from a centralized authority.
