Protocol of Personal Responsibility

A workshop is not a playground. Safety is not a checklist; it is a mindset.

1. Inherent Risk

Craftsmanship involves elements: fire, steel, electricity, gravity. By entering a workshop, you acknowledge these inherent risks.

The First Rule: Respect the tool. A dull blade is more dangerous than a sharp one. A distracted mind is more dangerous than any machine.

2. Community Watch & Indemnification

In an anarchist model, safety is communal. If you see a fellow apprentice operating unsafely, you have a duty to intervene. We are our brothers' and sisters' keepers.

Formal Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lonca, its operators, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your participation in any workshop. You acknowledge that Lonca does not provide insurance for your person or your property.

3. High-Risk Activity Acknowledgment

Certain crafts (Auto Repair, Welding, Blacksmithing, etc.) involve high-risk machinery and environments.

  • No Platform Liability: Lonca serves solely as a booking agent. We do not inspect workshops for safety compliance. The Mentor bears full responsibility for the safety of the reservation.
  • Personal Insurance: It is strongly recommended that all participants maintain their own health and accident insurance. Do not assume the Mentor or the Platform covers you.
